Answer:

In order to apply a sort to a table inserted into MS Word you have to :

  • select the table
  • go to Table Tools  
  • then go to Layout tab
  • and next (Inside Data group) click on Sort  

A window will appear (see picture attached). There you can sort sort by Category fist and then Price.
