When paraphrasing, you’ll

never want to compose an identical copy of the original text because that would

not be paraphrasing at all; that would be quoting.  If you pick and choose what ideas to include

and not include, if you leave some out, then things may be taken out of context

and you’d be misrepresenting the original material.  You’d, too want to never change the order of

ideas and sentences because when paraphrasing, you’ll need to keep the order of

the ideas the same; you’d just need to present them in your own words.  Thus, you’d want to accurately restate the

facts, and you’ll never want to include your opinion on the matter because when

you paraphrase, you’ll only present the author’s ideas, not your own.
