Solution:
A heart has not rotational symmetry.
A cross-like shape where all each arm is a shape of an arrow that are identical.
This is rotational symmetry.

If a figure has a rotation symmetry, then the figure will look exactly the same after rotation.
The figures with rotation symmetry are:
- a cross-like shape where all each arm is a shape of an arrow that are identical
- arrows going both way left and right
I've added an image to illustrate the rotation of each figure.
From the attachment, we have the following observations
- When the heart and the right-angled triangle are rotated, the new figures do not return to their original form
- However, when the cross like shape and the arrow are rotated, the new figure looks exactly like the original figure.
Hence, (b) and (d) have rotation symmetry.
