Depends on the worldview aka what belief... In a Christian's point of view it is possible to date the earth based on facts found in the Bible but in a Secular point of view it is impossible to accurately date the earth.
I'm not sure what worldview your question is referring to but assuming it's secular I would put true.
Based on the Bible it would be false because based on information found in the Bible we can accurately date the earth. ;p
