Well five things I would do is cut down on foods that are high in sodium, don't eat to much fast food, exercise more, don't eat to many sweets and ah that's all I can think of sorry

2. Stop eating junk food or anything with a high amount of sugar.
3. Dont smoke
4. Dont consume alcohol
5. Sleep more
