2.5*15= 37.5

you should use 37.5 oz of alcohol with 15 oz of essence
Set up a proportion to cross multiply and solve for x. 

[tex] \frac{2 oz}{5 oz} [/tex]=[tex] \frac{15oz}{x} [/tex]

15*5=75
75/2=37.5

37.5 oz of alcohol should be used.
