Evolution of the Modern Olympic Games

The early modern Olympic Games included events such as stone throwing, dueling pistol shooting, hot air ballooning and tug of war. Today's Olympics include events such as trampoline, sport climbing, BMX cycling and E-gaming.

Please share your thoughts on the evolution of the Olympic Games to appeal to younger audiences. Do you think younger audiences are viewing the Olympics? What sports would you like to see either added or dropped from the Olympic program? Should the IOC bring back any of the early modern sports?
