BAYSIDE STEEL PLANT
A REVOLUTIONARY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
AN EXCITING FUTURE FOR RICHPLAIN
Star Corporation announces an innovative and exciting economic venture in Richplain. In conjunction
with its international partner, Hi-Tech Corporation, Star Corporation intends to construct a $5 Billion
steel plant in the isolated rural area of Bayside.

The plant will occupy an area of 100 acres, and will become one of the top five steel plants in the world
when actual operations commence in two years' time. Construction activities will last eighteen months
and over 500 residents will be employed during the construction phase. Eighty persons will gain full-time
employment when the plant becomes operational. The plant will contribute to an improved standard of
living for the impoverished residents in the area.
Star Corporation is fully aware that the area is a natural habitat for valuable species of marine life
and considerable efforts will be made to preserve these species. Additionally, the best technology will
be utilised to ensure compliance with the best international standards for pollution control when steel
production begins.
Star Corporation and its consultants have already prepared and filed the required applications with the
relevant bodies, and interim approval has been granted to begin preliminary work. Star Corporation
will conduct meetings and prepare future media bulletins to inform the national community about the
progress of the plant.
This area of Richplain is poised to be the centre of industrial progress, and numerous economic
