assume it has a volume of 2.0 L (the size of a large bottle of soda).
a. Calculate the mass of the idol using the information above and the formula for density
(book/notes). Since the density is given in g/cm³, you will need to first convert the volume from
liters to cubic centimeters. This will allow you to calculate the mass of the idol in grams. As you
assemble your answer, describe all three steps clearly, and remember to include all elements
required for full documentation (checklist, top of page 1). Don't forget to round your final answer
to the correct number of significant digits.
